Just ask! If you find a committee that you are interested in joining, you can locate the chairperson in the roster book. You can also ask any officer at the meeting, and we can help connect you to the proper person so you can join the team and help serve others. A listing of committees is on the website as well as the roster book.

How can I advertise my event with the BMC?

Please contact any officer or board member. If you are a BMC member, you can ask for time to speak at a meeting about your event. Members can also contact our webmaster to have their event placed on the website. You can also bring any handouts, or fliers to a meeting to distribute.

What are some events/activities that BMC hosts?

BMC is a very active club since we enjoy driving and displaying our cars, gathering to discuss “car stuff” or visiting with other car enthusiasts. During the warmer months we have "cruises" (car shows), hosted by local businesses - usually every month. These are free, but we will take donations. Our annual Fun Run does have a fee.

How do I get a donation to my charity from the BMC?

Blue Moon Cruisers readily supports charities and organizations. If you have a particular request, you can make a motion at a regular membership meeting asking for a donation. If the members in attendance vote in agreement, and the budget has room, a check for $100 will be given to the organization. If you have a larger request, it must be taken before the board for review.

What is the building fund?

A long-term vision of some of the members of the club is to one day acquire a parcel of land and to have our own building in which to have meetings, host car shows, etc. The building fund is a program where donations go to support this vision. The building fund is managed separately from the club money, and only donations specifically marked for the building fund are used for those purposes.
