The picnic will be Saturday, May 10th from 12:00 to ??? pm.  (Eat at 1:00 PM) Please arrive by Noon to set up.
Location:  Enola Sportsmen's Association facilities - 290 Pine Hill Road Extended,  Enola, PA

Members planning to attend must pre-register and pay a $10.00 (per adult) fee.  Members attending will get their $10 back - you need to sign in.

Registration & fees are being accepted by Sherry Forry. 
You may do this at a meeting or send it to her (payable to Blue Moon Cruisers) using the form below or the one in the newsletter. 
Registration deadline is May 1, 2008.

 

BMC will provide the meats & drinks. 

Everyone attending is requested to bring a favorite dish.

 

Please bring a Soup, Salad, Casserole, Pastry, Dessert, Whatever....!!  Also please put your name on all containers you want returned and appropriate serving utensils, also marked with your name.  We know from past events that we have some really great cooks in the club.  Bring your favorite, signature item.

• baked beans or corn, mac & cheese, pasta, meatballs, sausage, etc.  
• potato or macaroni salad, other pasta salads, coleslaw, veggie trays, cheese, bologna, deviled or pickled eggs, chips, nuts, etc.  
• cakes, pies, fudge, brownies, pudding, Jell-O, fruit, candy, etc.

Please print this page, fill out the picnic registration form below, cut in off and mail with your check or money order to Sherry, today. 
Make your check payable to Blue Moon Cruisers.
 

Everyone is reminded to bring their chairs, tent shelters, etc.  There will be prize bingo and many door prizes and 50/50 drawing. 

Since Mother's Day is Sunday don't forget to invite your MOM too!!
